No Bake Saffron Golden Milk Energy Bites

"Golden Milk is a traditional healing drink. I like it as a super easy energy bite!"
Ingredients

1 cup raw cashews (or walnuts, or a mixture of the two)

1 cup pitted Medjool dates

2 ½ tsp Saffron Golden Milk blend
-
⅛ tsp salt
-
2 Tbsp water
-
Optional: dusting of raw sugar or Cinnamon Sugar Crunch
Directions
Prepare your food processor.
Measure dates, remove the pits, and then chop them.
Add dates and nuts to the food processor, with spices and salt.
Process until the nuts are the size of chopped peanuts.
Add 2 tablespoons of water, blend until everything sticks together well.
Measure into 1 tablespoon-sized balls, you may want to use a melon baller or cookie scoop.
Place balls on a plate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Optional, for a sweeter treat: Afterwards, roll chilled bites, or dust the top of them, with Cinnamon Sugar Crunch.
